As a leading instructor in clinical based Pilates, Caroline’s classes are suitable for a range of conditions & injuries.

  • A Health questionnaire/ screening form is completed prior to commencing classes

  • Classes are held in six-week courses

  • Access to on demand class recordings membership for the period of your course

  • Classes are 50 minutes

  • Covid ‘19’ Procedures in place for face to face classes

  • Wednesday - Warborough Village Hall 9:45am - face to face

  • Thursday - Astons Village Hall 9:30am - face to face
